As part of the in-house design team at MaRS, a not for profit organization specializing in supporting start-up companies, my duties were to design a new layout for the website as well as final HTML and CSS integration in to the content management system, Magnolia. The biggest challenge during the implementation was working with the restrictions of the CMS, as well having several people working on the same code.
